Renewal from Safe to Total not showing

Hi there,

My subscription needed renewing so I went from Safe to Total and paid for it without any problems. It then asked me to set up an account and when I put in my email address it told me I already had an account and to log into it, which I did. Now all I can see is the old Safe details telling me that my subscription has expired and giving me the option to renew.

How can I get it to show the new subscription and stop the subscription update notifications?

I have noticed now that I have to download certain other parts but I cant understand why that wasnt made available when I renewed and where I will find these new options to download.

If you can help I would appreciate it.

    I can see that you have reached our support for assistance. I also found you have successfully deleted the account since you are planning to register the new account by using the same email address.
