Why can F-Secure not be installed on my new laptop?

I am constantly asked to uppdate Windows 11. My Windows 11 is updated with the latest features and everything and it still does not work.

What is the problem with F-Secure? Should I chose some other security solution?

I can see that you have contacted our support previously. May I confirm with you that you received an error "Could not validate the server certificates and create a secure connection to the service. Make sure that your Windows has the latest updates and try again."?
