3 x 5 licence for 2 Years activated

I wanted to activate 15 devices, but since only packs of 5 were offered, I bought 3x5 licenses. When activating, I didn't notice that the first subscription was extended by 2 years with the other licenses. Now I have 5 devices with a subscription until 03/28.

1.) Can that be changed?

2.) Is that only possible with 3 different accounts?

I have checked on your account and you have a registered My F-Secure subscription which has been updated accordingly as you have described above. A My F-Secure account can accommodate maximum of 25 licenses. You may read the article on below link regarding the maximum license for an account:
