Not getting reset password emails?
I can log into the FS Protection portal where I provide feedback / bug reports, but I cannot log into "My FS Protection" where I download FS Protection. I've double checked that I'm using that other password, still no luck. When I try to reset my password, the reset email never arrives. I've checked my spam folder and don't see anything there either.
Is the reset password working for My FS Protection?

I also asked a similar question before, but it was not solved because of the unclear expression. My beta portal account was frozen, I turned to Mr. Ivan_Osipov, but it seems that just reset the 'my fs protection' portal account. I thought it was solved at one time, but the login beta portal account is still prompted to be frozen.
