Not getting reset password emails?

I can log into the FS Protection portal where I provide feedback / bug reports, but I cannot log into "My FS Protection" where I download FS Protection. I've double checked that I'm using that other password, still no luck. When I try to reset my password, the reset email never arrives. I've checked my spam folder and don't see anything there either.
Is the reset password working for My FS Protection?

Thanks for your feedback. I have just tried to request for the password reset, and it worked ok for me.

I have the same problem. could reset my community password successfully. but still can't log in to "My F-Secure"

I also asked a similar question before, but it was not solved because of the unclear expression. My beta portal account was frozen, I turned to Mr. Ivan_Osipov, but it seems that just reset the 'my fs protection' portal account. I thought it was solved at one time, but the login beta portal account is still prompted to be frozen.

You have valid beta.f-secure.com account and I see you have logged in last week. Do you still have problem with your credentials?
