Hi @inger_1962

I can see that you have an expired F-Secure SAFE subscription so I presumed you need help to renew it using a renewal code.

If yes, simply do the following to renew with that license code: 

1. Log in to My F-Secure.
2. Click on Subscription
3. Under Manage your subscriptions, click the dropdown "I want to..."
4. Click Redeem Subscription Code
5. Insert your F-Secure SAFE/TOTAL license code there (with capital letters and the hyphens)
6. Click on Continue
7. Confirm the renewal.
