F-secure SAFE using a lot of RAM (?)

I've got two PCs, both similar and running the latest Windows 10 version.
One uses steadily about 500MB RAM in the background for F-secure processes, while the other just about 50MB. (I.e., not just at startup or upgrading.)
CPU is using very little for both. Settings are the same.
Q: Is it such a big difference on memory consumption dependent on what else is running? Any way to lower the high memory consumption (cache-size?)?
