I have Freedome VPN xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and it is valid to 28.december 2021. Now I get a message that Freedome in my phone do not work any more. Why?

    As per check here, the subscription code you mention is valid based on your purchase renewal made from last year. We may need to get more information regarding the issue with the F-Secure Freedome VPN on your mobile phone. Kindly provide us the information below:

    1. What type of mobile phone ? Android or iOS device
    2. What version of the Operating System
    3. Is there any error from the F-Secure Freedeom VPN apps ?
    4. Do you have other device that using the same code, does it affected too ?
