    Hi @AlpoM

    Are you facing the slowness issue only on particular locations or all virtual locations from Freedome?

    Would it be possible for you to try out the troubleshooting steps from this KB article and check if that solves the internet slowness issue.

    If the issue still remains after performing the steps, please also try connecting your device with a different network i.e from WiFi to Mobile data 4G., to see whether the issue still reproduces.

    PC Magazine ( https://www.pcmag.com/ ) keeps testing VPN's and the median for speed reduction with VPN is definitely much less than what you experience AlpoM.

    With Speedtest on VMWare virtual machines it get less than 50 % download speed in 32 bit OS and 50 - 75 % with 64 bit VM.
