Unable to open App and File Control Window

I am using F-Secure SAFE 18.0 and I find that I cannot open App and File Control Window.

After clicking the button, UAC windows appears and I select OK but App and File Control Window doesn't appear.

I have reinstalled SAFE twice but this problem persists.

What is the reason for this? How to solve this problem?

    Hi @Jaims , this problem has been resolved by re-installation of F-secure with F-Secure Uninstallation Tool.

    Hi,

    This is something new that we have not seen before. Could you please contact support and give them fsdiag from your computer so that we in R&D could investigate, based on the logs, what goes wrong.

    Same problem on win7 64bit but win 10 64bit it's working fine

    Hi @qzlqz & @hajdzso

    Have you been able to test again and see if App and File Control windows is now accessible?

    We have tried to reproduce on several clients but to no avail.

    Please keep us updated on the latest.
