I bought the ID PROTECTION software, however, when entering my account on the subscription tab, the purchased license does not appear. Only the trial version is appearing.
How can I access my purchased subscription?

I did check on your email address and it seems that you have already created a trial account. In order to activate your newly purchased F-Secure ID Protection subscription, you will need to delete the trial account first so you can reuse the email. You may refer to the article on below link:

Once you have delete the account, you may proceed to activate your subscription by click on the link from the invoice email that has been sent to you by our Payment Partner Cleverbridge. The link that you need to click is:
Create an account for My F-Secure
After you have activate the subscription, you may proceed to install the F-Secure ID Protection on your device.
