Why does f secure Booster stop and it is not possible to delete unnecessary files

Jag startar F secure booster. Men radera onödiga filer hakar upp sig .den börjar men går bara ca 10% sen hakar den och går ej vidare.

Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

F-Secure Booster has reached EOL for quite some time now (not supported as such). So, in principle, trouble can happen in use.

there was an advice to contact Simplitec Support (however it sounds like it may have already been acquired by some other company), but as my own try to suggest something:

Could you check what these really unnecessary files are? If it is possible to open "more information" in interface and check them. Maybe try to delete them 'one by one' and check which one can be a reason for stuck. Alternatively, maybe some of them are not "unnecessary" and used by something (so, this way - 'does not move on' when reach it).
