Issue with Outlook.com domain email addresses?

Hi,

I have a hotmail.com email address which I have signed up to ID PROTECTION with. I am not receiving any emails from F-Secure (neither the free email report or the confirmation email to verify I own the email address to show me the breach data within the app.)

Has anybody else experienced this at all? Outlook help pages diagnose: Tell the sender to contact Outlook.com postmaster.
