Issue with domain email addresses?



I have a email address which I have signed up to ID PROTECTION with. I am not receiving any emails from F-Secure (neither the free email report or the confirmation email to verify I own the email address to show me the breach data within the app.)

Has anybody else experienced this at all? Outlook help pages diagnose: Tell the sender to contact postmaster.

    I fixed the issue myself. I had to manually add your email address: to my safe senders list.

    Hi @StantonFox

    There is no issue as I have tested the 30 days trial account with the domain i.e and I got an activation email for ID protection trial account. Did you check the spam folder if you there is no email found inbox?

    Please note the free tool should send only if there is any data breach found.
