New customer

I'm a new customer and it says I've 12 months free, so after I logged in, why is it saying I've 30 days protection?? I can't even protect my phone and laptop, please help!!

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe that you must be referring to Virgin Media Internet Security promotion.

    I've checked your account internally and it seems that you were in fact given the promotional 3 months F-Secure SAFE subscription 🙂
