in F-Secure VPN

Im in UK but BBC iPlayer and SKY think Im outside UK. Why?

    We have also received some positive feedback from the customers who have performed the following steps that solved the issue.

    1. Run the FlushDNS on affected device
    2. Clear browser cache for desktop and Clear app cache for Smartphone.
    3. Ensure that IPv6 is enabled for the device. You can refer these for Windows and Mac, and refer these for Android, and for iOS. 
    4. Reboot device. 
    5. Turn Freedome ON and set virtual location as London to check iPlayer working again.

    Freedomw prevents BBC iPlayer working even though I'm in the UK and have a license.TV licence.
