We have also received some positive feedback from the customers who have performed the following steps that solved the issue.
- Run the FlushDNS on affected device
- Clear browser cache for desktop and Clear app cache for Smartphone.
- Ensure that IPv6 is enabled for the device. You can refer these for Windows and Mac, and refer these for Android, and for iOS.
- Reboot device.
- Turn Freedome ON and set virtual location as London to check iPlayer working again.
