• "USB device found" flyer notification texts are now also shown in other languages than English
• USB device found flyer is not shown if you plug the device again under OSFMount drive emulation (PBL-7260)
• The "Run support tool" button text is not pronounced by Narrator (PBL-7181)
• Storage device "scan" button text does not fit in the flyer on Windows 7/8 (PBL-7238, note that in non-English installation, this issue still remains)

Does this mean that "every" time there's an update, the Banking Protection will open as expanded for 3 times after the update/install, every time? Thanks!

No. I just tested this myself, got beta 8 today, and the banking frame was not shown as expanded.

Thank you Urmas! I just tested it too(& I just got the beta 8 update too) & it wasn't expanded. Either way I guess it doesn't really matter. But I do like the smaller box since it doesn't block the top part of the page. Thanks again!!!

Hello,

With clean installation: the banking frame was shown as expanded (expected). However, try to opening 'more information / details' from this flyer is blocked as there is active banking session (unexpected, maybe). Destination page is:

Strange, I could not repro it, for me access to https://community.f-secure.com/safe-en/kb/articles/5276-what-is-banking-protection-and-how-does-it-work was not blocked by the banking protection (using Chrome under Windows 10). If you can repro this then please create a bug report.

Thanks for your reply and response! And sorry for my incomplete tries.

I can repro this, but only with Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 10 and maybe with some additional options - I did not check default Internet Explorer 11 yet). And I can not repro this with Microsoft Edge (modern), for example.

So, actually I think your using Chrome was as with my Microsoft Edge. But it blocks stably using Internet Explorer 11. Actually, just try to open F-Secure Community is enough (community.f-secure.com). But I tried, usually, by opening "Details" from Banking Protection flyer (provided URL).

Two more potential points around:

-- "Details" (more information) from Banking Protection flyer will open default browser. So, if I try to use it under Microsoft Edge (or Google Chrome), which are not chosen default browsers - then it will be opened under default one. Where it is still can be blocked (maybe even not only with Internet Explorer 11).

--  Looks like Banking Protection does not work in Chromium browser (maybe expected).  I am not sure, since this "Chromium" is bundle from another software and its version is (83.0.4103.61). However, F-Secure extension was possible (or it is autoinstalled at launch) to add. Search rating logos are visible, as some other things. But banking protection is not triggered.
