I am trying to redeem a code but the system says "Could not find any coupon for code *********"
I logged in with the email that i purchased the subsription. Please help.

Sounds that maybe you tried to redeem a code via "My F-Secure Portal" website? Based on article - it is only possible activate the code in the program itself. While "My F-Secure Portal" (account) is only for F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure TOTAL subscriptions.
In addition, your experience is about only "F-Secure Freedome" subscription? Or your subscription is F-Secure TOTAL (where Freedome solution is included)?
If just "Freedome" subscription - what is your subscription type? Multi-platform (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) or for mobile platform only (iOS or Android)?
