Stopped Working

My vpn hasn’t worked for about an entire week now. It takes ages to connect and then when it does, it seems to freeze and I still can’t use. Even though I have an active subscription for a year, I am having to pay for other vpn services or I can’t access anything at all.

Thank you for post your query, we apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regards. Have you tried to connect your device with different network i.e home Wifi to Mobile 4g ?

 

May I know in which country you are living now?

Yes I have tried connecting to all types of networks as well as uninstalled and reinstalled and have not been successful in any regards. It is very distressing. I am in China at present

Apologize for the experience you've had with Freedome. Its  known one that telecommunications carriers in China were instructed by the government to block individuals use of VPNs by February 2018. So VPN's are banned from use in China as you can find more information in our KB article.

 

But we really thank you for the effort and time you put in troubleshooting the Freedome connection issue.
