manual scan freezes every time I try to run it.... i cannnot use the mouse and/or keyboard how can I fix this?

- what is your F-Secure solution? F-Secure SAFE and what is your build?
- what is your OS? Windows?
- manual scan for certain item? or for any? in addition, "manual scan" is "scanning" from user interface or by right-click for item (context scan)?
- freeze is right after running? Or after some seconds of scan?
