How can I activate my multi-platform subscription for F-Secure Freedome on a Mac?

I originally purchasd freedome on Iphone. Then i donwloaded and activated it onto Ipad no problem. Imac donwload good but it will not let me activate subscription. It says:

 

'you do not have any licences available to donwload freedome'

 

What is going on?
