Issue with F-secure Antivirus on Windows7
The program worked seamlessly and after Windows7 update it disapeared from Programs List.
Some F-secure services are running in the background, though (see below).
I cannot uninstall the software because it does not exist in Programs. I also tried to upgrade the software by running the new installation file. I got an error (see below).
How can I renew the software? Are there any logs where I can track the problem?

I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).
There are some steps to do:
-> If you want to try check some logs (or more nice to contact official F-Secure Support Channels) - then it is possible to create fsdiag file:
there is available version for downloading:
((Support Tool (FSDIAG)))
In general, there is an ability to unpack fsdiag and check logs (but I am not sure what is most relevant logs for your situation). And to doublecheck, for example, Windows log journal. But, all in all, good to contact F-Secure Support channels (for example, chat) and to transfer fsdiag for analysis:

For reinstallation (since your experience is about F-Secure AV) - need to know your subscription code (activation key). And installer is available under next page (F-Secure Anti-Virus):
But just because such a situation sounds tricky - maybe it is, anyway, good to contact Support for ability to investigate reasons.
And if something is unclear (sorry for my English) - always possible to re-ask there. Maybe someone will suggest something better!

Just to add to the information provided by @Ukko Firstly, ensure your windows update are all cleared - steps are provided in the below link .
Secondly, use our uninstallation tool to remove the remnant of F-Secure product from the previous failed installation. Once you have performed these 2 important tasks, the installation of F-Secure Antivirus should go smoothly.
