Keeps asking for my acct number for iPad

I bought a 3 license setup and the software says I need to buy another license for my iPad when I thought I had installed it already. It asks for my account number and can’t find this. Thanks

If you have already performed the steps, may I ask you to provide us the version of iOS for your iPad?

 

Did you purchase the F-secure Freedome through F-secure website?
