Account ID for Freedome
I have a valid license but am asked for an account ID to activate my freedome on one of my five devices. Not sure why i am getting message my subscription needs renewing - logged into my account and have valid licenses for F- Secure Total for 5 items. Not sure what my account ID and not sure why only one of my devices is causing problems when I have a valid license. Any help?

Primarily, your account ID is the same subscription code which you purchased for Freedome (subscription code = account ID for your iOS) but for your case, your My F-Secure login email address is your ID since you already have an existing F-Secure Total subscription.
