How to reinstall after PC system reset?

I just reset my pc to factory settings because it was getting slow, but now I cannot seem to reinstall F-Secure on my computer.

I downloaded an got the license via my university through Surfspt. When I go to Surfspot > my Surfspot > my orders, next to F-Secure I click on 'download'. I then get redirected to the 'My F-Secure' environment, but the system seems to think that I still have the application installed on my computer. 

I tried downloading F-Secure via my browser and entering the license key, but it says the key is invalid. 

 

In short: I still have an account and a license, but the application is no longer on my computer.

 

Can anyone help with this?

I'm not sure how third party licences work, but usually, in the 'My F-Secure' environment, you should be able to remove the device listed and then you'll be able to reinstall it.  If it says the licence is already in use, it should also give you the option to reuse an inactive licence, to which you say Yes, then it should re-activate your existing license.

If you are using F-Secure Safe, kindly follow the steps here to release the old license so you can reuse your license. You may use the 'Forgot Password?" link to reset your password and you will receive a password reset link immediately.

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
Tap or click Update and recovery, and then tap or click Recovery.
Under Remove everything and reinstall Windows, tap or click Get started.
