In general, to reinstall F-Secure:

-> need to get installer (https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/downloads);

-> launch installation with your subscription information.

-> to re-use/release unused licences (previous installation) per request.

 

Also, good to install all available system updates or service packs before further F-Secure installation.

First, you have to log in with your account username and password and once you logged in on F-secure, you can do anything with it. You can also uninstall it and reinstall again with the user id and the password when required. You can also Contact Microsoft for more information about this.
