Renewal of F secure

Good morning, my F Secure runs out on the 14/9/18 from looking at the other threads I can renew as a Virgin customer for £25 instead of £75. In very simple over 50s terms can someone tell me the easy way to do this please as it appears alot of others have struggled and I cannot find how the succesful ones completed the task. I am going away and wanted to renew before the end date if that is possible. Thanks Pat

If 'FAQ' from Virginmedia:

To renew go to F-Secure My Safe. Remember your login details for My Safe may be different to your My Virgin Media details.

is not work (renewal-process is not available yet; renewal price is higher) and it is not possible to login to My F-Secure SAFE from specific Virginmedia site -> only good option is to contact official F-Secure Support channels (chat as example) for advice and solution:
