Problem to install F-secure SAFE with Windows 7 SP1

Hello!

 

I need some help to install F-secure Safe on my computer.

I use windows 7.

I have a error message: installation failed

I haven't antivirus software install.

I'm french and it dificult for me to translate my problem.

Sorry for my reply. I'm also only F-Secure user (their home solutions).

 

Good to doublecheck that all available system updates for Windows 7 with installed state.

Then, maybe, possible to try F-Secure Uninstallation Tool:

https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support-tools

Possible to run it and choose "Logs and F-Secure SAFE"-options (and 'restart' system). Then re-run F-Secure SAFE installation.

Also, good to be sure that network connection is OK and maybe that there are no proxies in use (if 'in use' - maybe some configuration steps are needed).

 

If """installation failed""" anyway - good to back with more information like.. at which step installation process is stopped.
