Freedome is not working with some WIFI’s

Hi, I have Freedome installed on my iphone but since sometime it does not work with my home WIFI. I have a Iphone.  Anyone can help me olease??

    Hi Baharo1907,

     

    May I know if you are having issues with connecting with your home Wi-Fi all the time or does it happen at random times with Freedome turned on? Do you see any error message?

     

    Is your iPhone connecting to other Wi-Fi or data networks normally with Freedome turned on?

     

    What is the model of your router? Is it a Sagemcom or DNA router? If yes, please have a look at the articles here and here for further troubleshooting.
