Cant input renewal code

My version of Freedome shows a white screen when opened. If I go to the task bar to show icons and right click on the greyed out freedome icon, I can see the following:

 

subscribe now

about

help

quite

 

I can not use any of these options. The programme has frozen and nothinghappens when I click on the choices.

 

I purchased the renewal today but cant use the programme. How do I fix this? If it cannot be fixed I would require a refund.

    Hi amanda123,

     

    May I know if you are using Freedome in Windows OS? What is the OS version?

     

    Have you tried to restart your device and check if that helps?

    I am using a windows 7, 32 bit laptop. I have restarted the laptop and also reinstalled Freedome.
