Service Overloaded message

I Continuously get msg: 

Service is overloaded at the moment. Please try again later!

for 2 weeks at different times. Is this thing available at all?

Good to re-check that JavaScript blocking (or some other filtering) is not active. It may browser's addon or browser's configuration. Then good to re-check that another security software does not prevent/block access to certain URLs/domains (if so -> good try to disable it temporary).
