Why can't I get help from F-Secure?
Monday 11:53 a.m. Chat service is not available. The 1-866 phone number listed for US/Canada doesn't work from here (Canada). My problem is very simple (transfering Freedome to a new cellphone), if only there was someone on the other end to answer my call. How can I make contact with a real person?
I'm guessing the lines would have been busy during the specified timeframe. Have you got in touch with our support team for further assistance afterwards?

Still don't understand why the 1-866 phone number listed on the F-Secure website doesn't work from here, or why the chat service alternated between not available; and available only long enough to start a chat before the connection dropped. I'll leave that to folks with a higher pay grade than mine to figure out.
