SAFE lock not working

I am testing the SAFE lock but cannot lock my smartphone from my computer after installing it .The alarm works but unable to lock it-why???

Under community was some topics with related view, but feedback about unofficial suggestions did not comes:

Maybe possible to re-check such topics and some meanings until there will be proper good advice from official F-Secure staff (what if some suggestion from noted topics can be helpful for your situation).
