Issue:
I used to have F-Secure TOTAL subscription on my Apple iOS device (iPhone or iPad). I bought an F-Secure Freedome subscription renewal code. When I go to the Subscription tab, the subscription is shown as expired and there is no place to insert the activation code.
Resolution:
To activate F-Secure Freedome:
- Open the F-Secure FREEDOME app on your device
- Tap the menu on the top left corner
- Tap Subscription
- Tap Log in under MULTI-PLATFORM:
- Tap Enter Account ID under Have an anonymous Account ID?
- Enter your code
- Tap Activate
If there is no Log in button visible, you need to log out from your My F-Secure account that is most probably still connected on the device.
How to log out:
- Open the F-Secure FREEDOME app on your device
- Tap the menu on the top left corner
- Go to Settings
- Tap Log out
Once you have logged out, you can go to the Subscription page to check if the Log in button is visible.
