Mine is a Win 7 Ultimate, Version 6.1, Build 7601 : Service Pack 1.

There is knowledgebase article about known troubles (or requirements for) with this tool (at least, for previous builds):
Did you check it? If article is not useful - good to doublecheck that system with all available updates.
Likely, that default browser (Internet Explorer) should be with updates too (or some components of it which system re-use too).
I have meeted the same situation as Mr/Ms. saurabhdua just now on Win7, Pro, 64BIT.

Good if you are able to doublecheck points against Internet Explorer version. Sounds that latest one (for Windows 7) is Internet Explorer 11. If this version is installed under your device, all other updates are installed too (for system) and your Internet Explorer browser with default settings - good to back with reply if trouble is still there.
