Freedome not connecting

Freedome stopped working 2 days ago: is not able to create a connection. Located in the US. Reinstalled program but that didn't make a difference. I have a laptop with Windows 10 with latest updateds installed today. I have searched the online help forum but there were no recent posts on this topic. Subsciption valid until 8/19. Would like to get this solved.

Same problem, here on a Mac (Mac OS Mojave)

Freedome tells me it's "connecting", but the connexion is never established (I checked with whatsmyIP)

Really annoying issue !

 

On my smartphone, I'm able to connect to the VPN on the same Wifi Network...

 

Can anyone help me ?

Same problem. Stopped working after normal update. Juts does not connect any VPN servers. Located in Finland. Subscription is valid unti 2020 and program recognises it. No changes on LAN or anything. What to do?
