I have a subscription on my iPhone and Macbook (which is in another country)
I want to activate my other macbook onto my subscription, but cannot find my account details.
Using this login in detail says I have no subscription, but on my iPhone, it says my subscription ends at the end of November.
Logging in should be easy here, but its difficult.
Maybe direct F-Secure Support Channels (chat/phone) with abilities to recover your subscription's information (or activation key):
But good to re-check things like:
--> does your experience about (Multi-platform, multi-device subscriptions) or about (App store subscriptions):
--> you have to use your account (login?!) only about F-Secure Total (SAFE+Freedome solutions) or if Freedome provided by some other companies (?!);
If your experience about F-Secure Freedome VPN (only) -> most likely required to use certain 'activation key' (or voucher) - which possible to find under documentation/letters about purchase (multi-platform subscription);

If such knowledgebase articles and suggestions do not helpful/useful for re-understanding about fix-steps; Probably good to contact direct F-Secure Support Channels for certified advices. If you purchased Freedome from other websites/companies (not directly from F-Secure) -> maybe possible to re-ask them about your subscription's data;
If it is a multi-device subscription purchased from F-Secure directly, you can locate the license details from your email. Please try to search the email for your license code.
I have asked the support team to resend your order email which would have the subscription details. Could you please check your email address for the order email?
