We have found performance issues in our Espoo virtual location and changes to it has been done. We have seen improvment but still it seems that there are affected connections with slower speeds.
We are still supervising the connections and trying to improve the speeds.
The fourth day going to when Espoo virtual location will continue to slow speed. This morning the speed was good 15/3 Mbps, but in the evening the speed was 0.8 / 2 Mbps. Video playback impossible.
The fifth day report (25.10.2015). Espoo virtual location in the morning 5.3 / 2.6 Mbps, in the evening 0.9 / 2.0 Mbps. Stockholm in the evening 28.3 / 2.5 Mbps
The sixth day report (26.10.2015). Espoo virtual location in the morning 5.2 / 2.4 Mbps, in the evening 0.7 / 2.4 Mbps. Stockholm in the evening 22.1 / 7.5 Mbps
The seventh day report (27.10.2015). Espoo virtual location in the morning 5.6 / 2.5 Mbps, in the evening 0.6 / 2.3 Mbps. Stockholm in the evening 20.3 / 2.6Mbps
Is there any hope that Espoo virtual location sometimes will be resolved or is this the final speed?
The ninth day report (29.10.2015). Espoo virtual location; early in the morning 18.1/2.6 Mbps, in the afternoon 1.5/2.6 Mbps, in the evening 0.5/2.5 Mbps. Stockholm in the evening 24.1/2.5 Mbps
Some changes have already been made on our Espoo virtual location to try and improve the situation. As you still experience the evening slow down, could you give us more information about the type of network you are connecting from? Also if possible the country and operator you use.
I live in Spain and I have a 30 Mb fiber-optic cable connection from Movistar. Now (16:20 UTC) without Freedome speed is 30.0/3.0 Mbps, with Espoo virtual location speed is 0.8/2.5 Mbps, with Stockholm virtual location speed is 24.6/2.6 Mbps
