I have just bought a 7 device subscription to replace and consolidate a bunch of separate subscriptions I held.
The issue I am having is I have been able to update an Android Tablet and a Win 10 PC ok, but now I am finding the code is not accepted on my 2 iphones and 2 Macs.
Admittedly the Macs still have about 40 days to run on the old subscription. But I wanted to try and cut over so it was all mananaged as one subscription.
How do I proceed? It sems even if I uninstall on the Apple device, a reinstall bring back the old subcription which probably came from the Apple Store App.
