Sounds that your experience is about mobile solution (for iOS platform or Android platform) with Google Play store or AppStore subscription. Maybe good to contact such channels.

There is Knowledgebase article about F-Secure Freedome (just as an example):

where possible to find links to mobile store's "helps" or knowledgebases. where possible to find another articles about potential design of situations with switching from one phone to another and further restore 'purchases'; otherwise - to search place to ask company/store about further steps to recover subscription-state with fresh device.

But, in general, it should be possible to contact official F-Secure Support channels (chat as example):

with all available information (purchase information, confirmation orders or so) and ask for assistance.

Also, if your experience is about F-Secure SAFE - maybe need to login into your My F-Secure account (my.f-secure.com) and doublecheck situation after installation with further relogin.

If your experience is about F-Secure Mobile Security -> maybe good to re-sure that subscription licence is for that solution (for example); also, there is such knowledgebase article about.
