I purchased F-Secure safe 5 months ago. I have 3 licences and installed the other 2 licences on differing machines okay. This ASUS laptop with Windows 10 Starter keeps saying Remove incompatable applications. F-Secure Safe. I had a previous version of F-Secure safe but purchased it like a new customer rather than renew. I select the option to remove several times and even though it appears to go through the removal process and retarts the machine the same message comes up.
I am in New Zealand so there is no phone number to contact and the Australia phone number is a free phone that doesn't work out of the country. I have never found a time that the Chat option is available always closed.
Help there must be some residual files of old F-Secure safe which I can't see and can't remove.
