I have been invited to renew as a Virgin Media customer for £25, but when I click the renew button the price jumps to £99. Furthermore, the F-Secure online chat support service is "closed". Any ideas for help would be most welcome.

I give up. F-secure support is simply hopeless. I have been bounced between F-secure, CleverBridge and a supposedly global chat support service that is virtually never open. Two weeks of pointless hassle. I will not be renewing.
