What to do if you have unused subscription codes for F-Secure Internet Security (or Anti-Virus) F-Secure Internet Security and F-Secure Anti-Virus products will be discontinued, and existing customers will be upgraded to F-Secure Total, our most comprehensive protection.
If you still have a valid, unused subscription code for F-Secure Internet Security (or Anti-Virus), you can use the code to activate an F-Secure Total subscription by first creating an F-Secure account and then redeeming the code through My F-Secure. Once you have redeemed the code, you can start installing the product to your devices through My F-Secure. You can also manage your devices and future subscription renewals directly from My F-Secure.
If you have several unused Internet Security subscription codes, you can use the codes to add more time to the F-Secure Total subscription you just created. The number of protected devices remains the same but the length of the subscription will be extended accordingly. However, if you would prefer adding more devices to your current account, contact F-Secure customer support and ask us to increase the number of devices in your account.
Another option to make use of valid, unused subscription codes, is to create another F-Secure account with a different email address and redeem the codes for that account through My F-Secure.
