Issue:
I'm constantly prompted to confirm my account when trying to log in to My F-Secure, but the link in the e-mail doesn't work- account is still not confirmed.
Resolution:
If you have generated multiple times confirmation messages and therefore received numerous e-mails with links to confirm, it's only the latest one that works. If possible, wait a while and try again, the last link should work.
Once you receive the confirmation email, follow the instruction and click on the "Didn't get confirmation email, try again!. It shall immediately send the email.
In case the link in the sent email is inactive or cannot be copied, try this solution:
- Right click on the whole text in the email
- Click on Select all
- Then click on Copy all
- Paste the whole text in a Word document or in another text editor
- Select the link and copy it from there
- Paste the copied link into the address field of your web browser and click Enter
