Issue:
Trying to add my device under my F-Secure SAFE account, I get an error: "F-Secure is not valid anymore. It belongs to another group". The error message is "40-83585221fdf1441ce". Though, I still have free licenses of F-Secure SAFE . Also, the device I am trying to protect has been under another account previously but it is not anymore.
Resolution:
Make sure that:
- You don't have any other accounts of F-Secure that would have been installed on the certain device earlier.
- If needed, reinstall F-Secure SAFE from the device you are trying to protect.
If this does not work, please contact Customer Support.
