Issue:
I have manual renewal on enabled on my My F-Secure account. How can I change it to auto-renewal so that my F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL subscription will be renewed automatically?
Resolution:
You can switch to auto-renewal for your F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL subscription as follows:
- Log in to your My F-Secure account
- Select Subscription in the upper right corner
- Under Manage your subscription, select Switch to auto-renewal from the drop-down menu
- Click on the button to Switch to auto-renewal
- Click on the button to Confirm switching to automatic renewal of your subscription.
