Issue:
I can't install the F-Secure product to Windows, as the downloaded file on the browser gives the error: "Failed - virus scan failed" or "xxxxxx.exe contained a virus and was deleted"
Resolution:
The most likely causes for this are:
- Virus scan on your browser
- Different anti-virus products on your computer
Try to open the file on a different browser and check that you do not have other anti-virus programs installed.
