Issue:
I cannot run a certain game application because it is blocked by either DeepGuard or Real-time Scanning in F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure Internet Security. There is an error: Application load error 3:0000065432 which is related to the F-Secure Safe scanner.
Resolution:
If you are sure that this game application is safe, you can fix this issue by preventing the software from being scanned. To exclude the game from the Real-time Scanning, follow the steps below:
- Open the F-Secure application's user interface
- Click on the menu (three lines) in the upper left corner
- Select Viruses & Threats
- Click on App and file control
- Select the Excluded tab
- Click Add new
- Select the folder or file that you want to exclude
- Click OK
You can also send the application to F-Secure labs so that we can correct the detection if necessary. You can submit a sample to F-Secure requesting to whitelist the application.
