F-Secure ID Protection reaching end of life The standalone F-Secure ID Protection app will no longer be supported after 22.5.2024. This means that as of the 22nd of May 2024, existing installations of this app will no longer provide protection for your devices or receive any product updates.
The F-Secure app that was launched in February 2023 replaces the old product, and you can switch to the new app starting from the 24th of April, 2024. You do not need to pay for upgrading to the new product; your existing subscription is transferred with the remaining duration applied to the new product.
To upgrade and manage the new app, you use the same My F-Secure account that you have used for the old app.
On Windows and Mac computers, your stored passwords are transferred to the new app automatically when you install it. On mobile devices, you have to connect ID Protection to the new app to sync your passwords.
