I have a Freedome subscription, but it doesn’t  work on my iOS devices, when connected to Sense. Works fine with my laptop.

  On android and windows pc the freedome works just fine when connected to sense network.

  So either there's just issue with your setup or on ios generally.

  Problem solved. My Sense is connected to a Sagemcom modem and had to do this; https://community.f-secure.com/t5/F-Secure/Freedome-cannot-establish-a-VPN/ta-p/85596
