Freedome account id when purchased through AppStore

Where can I find my Freedome account ID when the purchase was made through AppStore. No mail to be found with any relevant information about the ID.

    I never do shoping in AppStore, so I have no experience. Then I was visiting on support.apple.com-website and Apple ID is your personal account. It means your email address and password. But you are looking for Freedom ID?
    In anyway I found documents, how to install Freedome. Mac or iOS-operating system?
