internet access blocked when choosing Vancouver location

in F-Secure VPN

Was working earlier, but i i choose vancouver as a location, i get error messages in browser stating access to internet is blocked.  Other locations are fine. Could be related to my ISP?

    To NCI 🍁

    - connection from Europe to Canada works fine, I was testing it
    - ISP = INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, teleoperator or similar
    - perhaps a temporary interference in network (ISP)?
    - hard to say here on the other side of Atlantic Ocean
    - follow up this situation and use other locations

    Hi NC1,

     

    Do you see the block message for all the websites or only for a particular website? Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the error message to understand it better?

     

    Have you tried to restart the device and check if the issue persists?
